Gary says: Homecoming 1961, my poor date got
driven to the dance in my mom's 1953 tan Ford
Skyliner. By my mom and my aunt. Did not take
drivers ed until 1962 summer school. Not only did
my date get driven by my mom, but I did not know
how to dance. I was too embarrassed. Later on in
life I took lessons and started competition dancing.
But my poor date, I have wanted to apologize to her
for 48 years.
